An in-depth study of federal tax law and tax updates for 2015 as related to federal taxes.

In addition to the review of form changes see firsthand the new Employer and Heath Issuer forms that tax pros will use in properly completing 1040’s for 2015. Included will be the forms that Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and other government programs will issue to properly report Minimum Essential Coverage.

Income Tax Update

The seminar will include a broad overview of both the Current Federal and Illinois tax issues, and recent developments including current court cases and rulings, including a look at recent new information having to do with the Affordable Health Care Act.

Certified Public Accountants

Continuing professional education is required for CPAs to maintain their professional competence and provide quality professional services.

Certified Financial Planners

CFP® professionals must complete 30 hours of continuing education (CE) accepted by CFP Board.


For all two-year reporting periods starting July 1, 2010 and going forward, attorneys subject to the MCLE Rules (who are not newly-admitted) must complete 30 total hours, including at least six hours of professional responsibility (MCLE).

Non-Licensed Accountants

This course will cover the recent activity in the income tax rules and laws aiding the tax preparer to accurately prepare their clients’ tax returns while paying the lowest legal income tax.
